Where are our offices?
They are at 12-26 Swanson Street, in Auckland City, on level 5. This is the building which occupies the whole of the block between Albert Street (eastern side), Swanson Street (near the eastern end) and bounded at the back by Mills Lane. This has easy vehicle access including from both Northern, Southern and Western motorways. It is within easy distance of the down town bus and rail stations and also the harbour ferries and is just a few metres up from Queen Street.
Look for the large red and white signs high on the corners of the building saying "12 - 26 Swanson Street".
Pedestrian Entrance
The main foyer and pedestrian entrance to the building are on the Swanson Street frontage. Take the lift to Level 5.
Client Car Parking
Client car parking is located immediately below our offices.
Entry Location
Vehicle entry is through the Albert Street frontage of the low-rise part of the building which is on the corner of Swanson Street and Albert Street. This is on the eastern, left-hand side of the road, if heading up Albert Street from the waterfront end. The tenant at street level is "The New Zealand Trade Centre" which has its name written large across the front of its offices. The vehicle entry is right beside the Trade Centre and is just 15 metres up from the street corner. It leads into the concrete ramp sloping up to the parking levels which are above street level.
How to Enter
The car park entrance is left open to the public. To enter, simply drive straight up to level 2 and park in the ASCO signposted car parking spaces directly opposite the lifts. If there is no available space then please drive to level three and park in one of the yellow casual spaces (and we will provide our clients with a ticket for this).
Take the lift to level 5 to come to our offices. When you arrive please tell our receptionist where you are parked (so that any necessary ticket arrangements can be made).
