Nadia assists clients with a range of commercial and corporate matters, bringing an international perspective gained from living between London and Dubai before joining ASCO Legal. Nadia especially enjoys helping businesses navigate transactions, manage risk, and achieve their commercial objectives.
Nadia graduated from the University of Auckland in 2024 with a conjoint degree in Law and Arts, having developed a strong interest in commercial and corporate law during her studies. Following graduation, she moved to Dubai, gaining experience in corporate law and international arbitration. While there, Nadia worked on international arbitrations between England and the United Arab Emirates and assisted private equity clients with cross-border acquisitions. While at ASCO, Nadia has enjoyed working on business sales and purchases and other commercial work.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys playing tennis, Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Auckland's food scene.
