When acquiring a business, or buying into an existing business we will assist with your legal due diligence, advice and assistance in negotiating the key transactional documents to protect your interests as the purchaser including assisting with securing and complying with financing requirements, restraints, assignments (including lease of premises) and ensuring indemnities and warranties are in place to protect your investment.
When disposing of your business we will assist with providing advice and assisting with drafting and negotiating key transaction documents such as MOUs, business sale and purchase agreements, sale of shares, cession and assignment agreements, the cancellation/substitution of any security arrangements, as well as managing employee related aspects. We will also provide transactional assistance and ensure that you receive your secured funds on the settlement date.
